Terms and Conditions for Soul Deep Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy Services

1. Purpose of Services

Hypnotherapy services provided by Soul Deep Quantum Healing are intended to support personal development, stress reduction, habit change, and overall well‑being. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Clients should continue to consult with licensed healthcare professionals for any medical or mental health concerns.

2. Client Responsibility

• Clients agree to participate voluntarily and understand that results vary from person to person.

• Clients acknowledge that hypnotherapy requires their active participation, honesty, and commitment.

• Clients agree to disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions that may affect their participation.

3. No Guarantees

While hypnotherapy can be highly effective, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Progress depends on individual factors, including motivation, consistency, and personal circumstances.

4. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential except in situations where disclosure is required by law, such as:

• Risk of harm to self or others

• Suspected abuse or neglect

• Court orders or legal obligations

5. Session Policies

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Sessions must be booked in advance.

• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the deposit.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and might result in rescheduling. 

Fees and Payments

• A deposit is required to schedule a session.

• Hypnotherapy services are typically not covered by insurance; clients are responsible for all costs.

6. Client Conduct

Clients agree to behave respectfully and appropriately during sessions. The practitioner reserves the right to discontinue services if a client behaves in a way that is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

7. Practitioner Rights

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at their discretion, including when hypnotherapy is not deemed appropriate or safe for the client.

8. Recording and Intellectual Property

• Clients may not record sessions without prior consent.

• All materials, scripts, recordings, and resources provided by the practitioner remain the intellectual property of Jayme Garcia and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

9. Informed Consent

By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Clients also acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with state and federal regulations.
